1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the use of this website and the engagement of Horizon Wind Energy Services Pty Ltd (ACN 633 813 564) ("Horizon", "we", "us") for wind turbine blade inspection, repair, and related services. By using this website or engaging Horizon, you agree to these Terms. Where a separate service agreement has been signed between Horizon and a customer, that agreement prevails to the extent of any inconsistency.

2. Services

Horizon provides wind turbine blade O&M services, including inspection, defect diagnosis, repair, acceptance documentation, and project management. Service scope, fees, and timing are set out in the relevant Service Order or Statement of Work.

3. Use of this Website

This website is provided for general information purposes. Content is published in good faith and is current as at the date of publication. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, graphics, logos, and trade marks) is owned by Horizon or used with permission. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent. Allocation of intellectual property rights arising from services delivered to a customer is governed by the relevant service agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Customer information disclosed to Horizon in the course of providing services is treated as confidential and used only for the purposes of delivering those services and meeting our legal obligations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horizon's liability arising from or in connection with services or use of this website is limited to the fees paid by the customer for the services to which the liability relates, and Horizon excludes liability for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when published on this website.
